Welcome

I’m glad you’re here. I specialize in giving you practical tools that relieve your discomfort, while also addressing life and thought patterns that keep you from being fulfilled. I work with individuals and couples ranging from ages 10 and up.

One of my strengths is a calming presence that allows people to feel at home. As a result, many people feel they can express, explore and change their most challenging problems with my guidance.

Many of the people I see have symptoms of anxiety, panic, depression, frustration in relationships, eating issues, or a feeling that things haven’t been resolved.

I specialize in treating the following issues for Adults, Adolescents, and children:

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma

  • Panic Disorder

  • Perfectionism

  • Low self-esteem

  • Depression

  • Body Image Issues

  • High Achieving and Gifted Individuals

  • Marital issues

I studied Psychology at the University of Michigan and went on to get my Masters at Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary in 2011. I have a background in Family Systems and Attachment Theory, and I use a variety of proven methods from CBT, EMDR, DBT and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Ask me if you'd like more information about what these mean!

Let's get started. Give me a call or contact me below to set up a consultation.

Warmly,
